Lacuna offers psychotherapy, counseling, and coaching services through an online, virtual delivery model using phone, video, and email to facilitate session work.
In addition to psychotherapy and counseling for general mental health and wellness, Lacuna provides both trauma-informed and trauma-specific psychotherapy and counseling, offering Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) and Life Stress Reduction (LSR) as trauma-specific modalities.
I am currently training in Horticultural Therapy and plan to offer this service in the future.
If you are interested, I look forward to our work together.

Additional fees apply for other responsibilities under the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario(CRPO), such as, but not limited to, the preparation of documents, letters, and/or records, and/or attending court appearances, etc., for which fees are twice that of those for session hours (60 min = $370.00 + HST).
A note on HST: While some practitioners of psychotherapy are exempt from charging HST on services rendered, the Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA) enforces the collection of HST on psychotherapy services provided by psychotherapists and counselors in Ontario.
Lacuna Psychotherapy & Counseling uses OWL Practice for appointment scheduling, secure messaging, secure video counseling (e-therapy), documentation, and record-keeping and related responsibilities. OWL Practice is designed to be compliant with provincial (PHIPA) and college (CRPO) requirements.
